I have crafty withdrawal symptoms but I'm so exhausted tonight I haven't the energy to pick up a poky tool lol
I have however found the motivation to post this little tag card
It's one of the embellishments I made for Jenny at Christmas

Work is still ridiculously busy - but enjoyable - however it 

has meant that my craft time has all but disappeared

that makes me sad but just at the minute the work load is positive and productive so long may it last !!

I haven't been able to join the DT over at FCCB for my challenge this week 

so I am sharing a card I made a while ago instead.

...the year he was born 33 years ago my Nan fell through a deck chair with him in her arms

Oh, she looked so funny holding him up in the air so he didn't get squashed she couldn't get out till my Dad saved her !!

More Gorjuss Girls because I just love love love them !! I decoupaged some of the 12x12 papers for this one, super simple after all the gift tags lol 

3" Gift Tag Card with a spellbinder used to cut the Gorjuss Girl from the packaging along with scraps left over from the main card.

Back tomorrow with my Dad's card, April is full of Birthdays in our house !!

Oh it is so good to sit and do NOTHING !!

Life is busy busy busy ....

I'm off to York in a few minutes for my Sister's 40th Birthday celebrations tomorrow

but first I need to share my 18 Birthday tags for Emma....

I used the scraps from Em's Birthday card for all the tags

Docrafts Gorjuss with some silver mirror card added - Cheap and cheerful from The Range

The tags and pretties are all cut from the Cricut Artiste Cartridge

The mini buttons are really cute and came free with Creativity magazine last month

The bows are already tied and part of the Gorjuss range

Each of the 3 different coloured Baker's twine reels are 20 yards long making it a really good way of decorating the tags and parcels

I love the 3-D bow from the Artiste Cart

This is everyone's favorite in our house 

I have finally mastered the pearl Cosmic Shimmer dots - so economical to use instead of a lot of gems or pearls

I got a butterfly punch out for this one

Em loves the jigsaw cut so we had to have a tag made with it

A different style of bow

I prettied this one up with Cosmic shimmer dots but then messed up the 13  !! !!

Tired now ?? !! ??

I fell in love with this Gorjuss girl a long time ago and she reminds me of my daughter

My "metal" element is the fabulous brad part of the Gorjuss Girls range 

I put one of the note die cuts inside to hide the baker's twine

Emma loved her card and the 18 matching tags hope you do too!!

Use a triangle and the colour yellow on your card

(AKA I have totally run out of time to do everything I want to do !!)

I used Straight from the Nest Cartridge for the bunting

With Anita's Glitteration Stickers for the name and greeting

(So not my favorites but time is so precious and whizzing by at a rate of knots!!)

We have all used a joke on our projects so hopefully we can all have a good giggle as we make our way around the crawl !!

I printed my joke

"What type of music do Mummies listen too?"

"Wrap Music"

on white card after I'd spent an hour googling (is that a word??) some terrible jokes and laughing till I cried !!

The "mummie" comes from Paper Dolls Dress Up cut at 5"

The web is cut at 4" and the spider 1 1/2"

The musical notes are from Lyrical Letters cut at 1"

I used a black Promarker with a fine nib added to tie the cuts together with fake stitching doodles, super quick and simple !!

Right on wards and upwards then next on the crawl is
